سياسة الخصوصية والاستخدام لتطبيق شات سوالف الخليج

هذه السياسة محدثة وجديدة وصارمة لتوافق سياسة Google Play الجديدة.
مرحباً بك في شات سوالف الخليج. نحن نأخذ خصوصيتك وسلامة مجتمعنا على محمل الجد بدرجة قصوى. هذه السياسة هي دستور صارم يحكم عمل التطبيق ويحمي جميع المستخدمين. باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق موافقة كاملة على جميع بنودها.
1. فلسفتنا: الصرامة والشفافية
تطبيقنا ليس مكاناً للسب والشتم والعنصرية والسياسة والخداع. نطبق نظام إشراف آلي وبشري على مدار 24 ساعة. أي مخالفة يتم التعامل معها بحزم وفوراً.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
أ- البيانات التي تقدمها طوعاً: اسم المستخدم، تاريخ الميلاد للتأكد من أنك فوق 18 سنة، الجنس.
ب- البيانات التقنية: عنوان IP، نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، معرف الإعلانات. نستخدمها لمنع المسيئين الذين يحاولون العودة بحسابات جديدة بعد حظرهم.
ج- محتوى الدردشة: جميع الرسائل العامة مراقبة بفلتر ذكي لمنع الكلمات المسيئة. الرسائل الخاصة لا نطلع عليها إلا في حال تم تقديم بلاغ رسمي من أحد طرفي المحادثة.
د- نحن لا نجمع أبداً: موقعك الدقيق، جهات اتصالك، أو صورك الخاصة بدون إذن صريح منك.
3. نظام الإشراف والسلامة الصارم (UGC)
1. ممنوع انتحال الشخصيات، وخاصة انتحال صفة فتاة بينما المستخدم شاب، أو انتحال صفة الإدارة. أي حساب يكتشف أنه يخدع الآخرين سيتم حظره نهائياً بدون إنذار.
2. ممنوع الكلام السياسي، العنصري، الطائفي، السب، الشتم، الإساءة للدول والشعوب، أو خدش الحياء.
3. آلية الإبلاغ والحظر: يتوفر زر إبلاغ وزر حظر في كل مكان داخل التطبيق، في كل غرفة عامة وكل محادثة خاصة وفي ملف كل مستخدم. عند الإبلاغ يصل البلاغ للإدارة فوراً.
4. المراقبة البشرية: إدارة التطبيق متواجدة يومياً لمراقبة الغرف وحذف المخالفين.
5. إجراءات الحظر: عند حظرك ستظهر رسالة: تم حظرك بسبب مخالفتك لبنود الاستخدام. الحظر نهائي.
4. سياسة حماية الأطفال (CSAE) - صفر تسامح
صفر تسامح تجاه أي محتوى يتعلق بالاعتداء على الأطفال أو استغلالهم. ممنوع تسجيل أي شخص أقل من 18 سنة. أي حساب يثبت أنه لقاصر سيتم حذفه فوراً وإبلاغ الجهات المختصة.
5. حقوقك ومسؤولياتك
أنت مسؤول عن كل حرف تكتبه. لا يحق لك المطالبة باسترجاع حسابك إذا تم حظرك بسبب مخالفة.
6. مشاركة البيانات
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك أبداً. نشارك البيانات التقنية فقط مع خدمات جوجل الأساسية مثل Firebase و AdMob لتحسين الخدمة.
7. حذف الحساب
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك نهائياً في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق عبر: الإعدادات > حذف الحساب. سيتم الحذف خلال 72 ساعة باستثناء سجلات الحظر لمنع عودة المسيئين.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for Swalif Al Khaleej Chat App

This policy is updated, new and strict to comply with the new Google Play policy.
Welcome to Swalif Al Khaleej Chat. We take your privacy and the safety of our community extremely seriously. This policy is a strict constitution that governs the operation of the app and protects all users. By using the app, you fully agree to all of its terms.
1. Our Philosophy: Strictness and Transparency
Our app is not a place for insults, racism, politics, or deception. We apply automated and human moderation 24/7. Any violation will be dealt with firmly and immediately.
2. Data We Collect
A- Data you provide voluntarily: Username, date of birth to ensure you are over 18 years old, gender.
B- Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, advertising ID. We use it to prevent abusers who try to return with new accounts after being banned.
C- Chat content: All public messages are monitored by a smart filter to prevent abusive words. Private messages are not accessed unless a formal report is submitted by one of the parties to the conversation.
D- We never collect: Your precise location, your contacts, or your private photos without your explicit permission.
3. Strict Moderation and Safety System (UGC)
1. Impersonation is prohibited, especially impersonating a girl while the user is a boy, or impersonating the administration. Any account found to be deceiving others will be permanently banned without warning.
2. Political, racist, sectarian talk, insults, cursing, offending countries and peoples, or violating public decency is prohibited.
3. Reporting and blocking mechanism: A report button and a block button are available everywhere inside the app, in every public room, every private conversation, and on every user's profile. When reporting, the report reaches the administration immediately.
4. Human moderation: The app administration is present daily to monitor rooms and remove violators.
5. Ban procedures: When you are banned, a message will appear: You have been banned for violating the terms of use. The ban is final.
4. Child Protection Policy (CSAE) - Zero Tolerance
Zero tolerance for any content related to child abuse or exploitation. Registration of anyone under 18 years old is prohibited. Any account proven to belong to a minor will be deleted immediately and the competent authorities will be notified.
5. Your Rights and Responsibilities
You are responsible for every letter you write. You are not entitled to claim to restore your account if you are banned due to a violation.
6. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We share technical data only with essential Google services such as Firebase and AdMob to improve the service.
7. Account Deletion
You can request to permanently delete your account and data at any time from within the app via: Settings > Delete Account. Deletion will be completed within 72 hours, except for ban records to prevent abusers from returning.
